With more than 18 years of experience, her career has included in-depth work on social performance with leading organizations such as the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the World Bank, the United Nations, and the MCA Senegal II Power Compact.
Recognized for her ability to translate complex challenges into concrete, measurable strategies, she now helps companies, projects, and managers implement social performance initiatives that generate tangible economic results.

Massamba Sy is a highly respected Senegalese lawyer specializing in taxation, law, and entrepreneurship, with over 30 years of experience. He works closely with banks, investment bankers, and structured finance specialists, bringing in-depth expertise to complex financial transactions. Currently a Managing Partner at Crystal Audit et Finances, he is a member of the Order of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors. Recognized for his commitment to promoting inclusive social protection solutions, Massamba Sy founded SYNESS Legal and Financial Services, supporting Senegalese and European companies in their operations across Africa. His leadership and expertise have been instrumental in the success of innovative startups such as EYONE, winner of the 2025 African Business Hero Award.
